Examination of Mixing Proportion in Self-Compacting Gangue-Based Pavement Concrete

In recent years, with the rapid development of coal-mining industry, output gangue has increased at a faster pace, while its utilization remains relatively low. The accumulation large amount brought about environmental problem. order to improve rate waste gangue, and solve secondary problems caused by pollution, this paper conducted research on an economic environmentally friendly gangue-based self-compacting concrete. This study designed aggregate industrial-analysis experiments analyze moisture content limestone, finding that is 39% higher than limestone. By orthogonal experimental methods, investigated fluidity, compressive strength, splitting strength abrasion resistance It was concluded optimal replacement for coarse around 30%, fly ash cement addition polycarboxylate superplasticizer 0.5% mass cementitious materials, shear steel fibers 1% concrete capacity. addition, interfacial transition zone (ITZ) aggregate–cement slurry found ITZ mortar more likely generate AFT crystals, which will contribute improvement in early stage. field-effect analysis carried out study, it concrete, as material, can basically meet design requirements C30 paving
